Looking for a new way of living a healthy life

I have been searching for a new way of living life. 
Being well means living a healthy life. 
Feeling well and strong.
Being aware of yourself and being happy with your life.
Eating well can change your life and you can enjoy cooking for yourself.
You can see the change with yourself and your life around you seem so colourful.

It makes you feel brand new and ready to start over again.
Well may be just start living again.
The sun looks even brighter,
and the days are even nicer then before.
Then you will ask yourself ``where have I 've been'',
eating well can save your life try it and you will see the change in your life.
Do it for yourself.  Because you love yourself and want to be well and healthy.

A day at the beach you can have your vitamin D. Your body under the sun makes vitamins D which is good for your bones and eyes and keeps you healthy all year round.  People that like staying under the sun are not depressed.  Vitamins D helps you stay happy.  Vitamin D is good for keeping you away from a lot of diseases.  Live happily and feel healthy take your vitamins and minerals everyday.
Have fun at the beach during summer it helps you to stay healthy take the sun for an hour without sun lotion or the sun can't get through the skin to form vitamin D.
