I am the Cat of HalloLand I fight the ghost and the witches I believe that I am the only one to be here on Halloween in the Halloland.  Hey Ghosty'' disappear, with my magic spell''.

I am witch Agata I am here on Halloland to fight the Cat of Halloland...he wants us all out of what he calls his land....Ahahahahhahahahaha we all laugh at his magic trix is the funniest Cat of Halloland...
Gosts and spiders and spooky phantom lets all laugh together and the Cat of Halloland...hahahhahah
he makes all laugh on Halloween, he is so silly with his funny hat and so we say Cat of Halloland you are the funniest Cat...

we bring food and candies to everyone on the night of Halloween...with our Truck...it makes our night so full of fun, we love to party and laugh all night ...whoever said that we are scary and spooky
doesn't know how much fun we are....

Looking for a new way of living a healthy life

I have been searching for a new way of living life. 
Being well means living a healthy life. 
Feeling well and strong.
Being aware of yourself and being happy with your life.
Eating well can change your life and you can enjoy cooking for yourself.
You can see the change with yourself and your life around you seem so colourful.

It makes you feel brand new and ready to start over again.
Well may be just start living again.
The sun looks even brighter,
and the days are even nicer then before.
Then you will ask yourself ``where have I 've been'',
eating well can save your life try it and you will see the change in your life.
Do it for yourself.  Because you love yourself and want to be well and healthy.

A day at the beach you can have your vitamin D. Your body under the sun makes vitamins D which is good for your bones and eyes and keeps you healthy all year round.  People that like staying under the sun are not depressed.  Vitamins D helps you stay happy.  Vitamin D is good for keeping you away from a lot of diseases.  Live happily and feel healthy take your vitamins and minerals everyday.
Have fun at the beach during summer it helps you to stay healthy take the sun for an hour without sun lotion or the sun can't get through the skin to form vitamin D.

La solita storia written by Silvana Cerrato

Oggi per la prima volta mi sono sentita vuota come le pagine di un quaderno  che non e' stato mai scritto dentro.  Mi sono detta io sono sola non ho nessun amico del cuore.   Che brutta sensazione
e' stata una sensazione di vuoto dentro di me un profondo nulla.  Woa ho detto ho appena capito di
essere sola al mondo non ho un partner.   Mi meraviglio usualmente ho sempre qualcuno vicino...ma pensandoci non mi viene in mente nessuno....li vicino al cuoricino c'e' un vuoto e non c'e' un nome.
Che guaio questo e' orribile io dopo tanti anni non ho un uomooooo.  Roba da matti...ma dove sono stata negli ultimi decenni....questo succede quando si cazzeggia troppo non ti rimane nulla.
Povera me....devo vivere non devo smettere di vivere non adesso sul piu' bello della mia vita.  Sono ancora giovane attraente, devo smettere di stare con la testa tra le nuvole e cercarmi qualcuno che mi ama.   Ma dico io ma sul serio......
